Doug Perkowski Memorial Fund

Doug Perkowski was a beloved husband, father, brother, uncle, son and friend. He taught us the importance of living life to the fullest, adventure and exploration and deep love and appreciation for family and friendship. He brought smiles and laughter to all who had the good fortune to know him, collecting friends at every turn - including the nurses and doctors who cared for him during his brave fight against stage four urothelial cancer. Cancer cut his young life far too short. He left behind his beloved wife Caroline and their young daughter, Charlotte as well as his sisters, parents, and extended immediate family.

As we reflect on Doug’s life and the many gifts he gave us, two of the greatest are Caroline and Charlotte’s continued love and friendship, for which we are forever grateful.

As we support Doug moving forward, we recognize that life for his dear Caroline and Charlotte will be forever different and we can help. Amid their grief and the adjustment to life without him, one of the ways we can lighten their burden is by contributing to this fund that will go directly to Caroline and Charlotte. All funds raised will help them navigate life’s demands and challenges without Doug in the long days, weeks and years ahead. Please consider donating any amount with which you feel comfortable.
