Dory Mogelinski Cancer Fund

This fund is for the one and only Mr. Dory Mogelinski! As most of you may know, Dory was diagnosed with cancer on October 1 of 2021. Dory would never ask for a dime from anyone but would give you everything he's got to help, no questions asked. He's really just "that guy"!

Dory is the best son, brother, and father that I've ever met. Dory has 3 beautiful kids, 1 daughter and 2 sons; Alexis Hill, Brayden Mogelinski, and Dillion Mogelinski. Dory is a man that every father should take notes from. There is nothing that gets between him and his kids. The one man that I truly believe that would actually go to the depths of Hell and back to do anything for them. They really are fortunate to have him as a Father, and we should all inspire to be great men like Dory.

I do believe when God designed a Fireman, He was making Dory! Dory is a brother to all, a mentor to everyone, and a mosquito bite to the White hats! Wink Wink. There really are no words to describe Dory, he is in a elite group of fireman, true hero's. He gives his whole heart and soul to the AFD and to the Amarillo community. If a person needed help changing a tire, Dory made sure it was fixed. If a person needed help fixing their door on a CO call, Dory made sure to go over the next morning and get it fixed. If your child needed a fireman to show up to their Birthday party, Dory went. If you came running up with your child that was chocking and not breathing, Dory fixed that to....I guess the point I'm getting at is that Dory is a True American Hero and now he needs us to help him. He would never ask for it and would be hesitant to even except help, but he cant tell us no this time.

Dory has stepped up for everyone with no questions asked for years and years, and now its time for to finally be able to extend the favor. Dory will have to take some extended leave from the fire department, and I'm sure cost are going to add up quick. So ask that you look into your hearts and give. Give whatever you can. 1$, 2$, 5$......Whatever you can. Whatever your heart is telling you.
