Don't let my Avtar go blind

I need your help! In addition to all my Avtar has been through, six surgeries, including having his leg amputated, he is rapidly losing sight in his left eye and requires surgery, as soon as possible. As our income was from our B and B, and there has been no tourists since March, we just don't have the money we need for this. Enough is enough! 2020 has done its worst.
