Dont let Ghost go blind

My dog ghost needs eye surgery. The vet has told me his lower eyelid. Is folded under and his eyelashes are cutting into his eyeball that he needs surgery to fix it. I am a low income traveler and I cannot afford it and it just keeps getting worse now he can barely. Open the eye. Please I know these are tough times for everyone and my heart goes out to all those who are suffering but im afraid he will end up blind as it is now effecting the other eye as well. The infections are makeing the other eyeball bright red. Please help me if you can . Thank you
