Don Pedro's bladder surgery

Don Pedro is a tough little four pound maltese. Last year he was diagnosed with an intestinal disease that nearly took his life, but fought it off and is almost back to full health. He takes medication daily and sees his doctor once a month. But just last month, we had a minor set back when the doctor told us he now has a stone in his bladder that has to be surgically removed or else his bladder will fail. Since he has the best care (he's on a first name basis with the doctor!), it's a constant battle to financially meet all his medical needs.
