Donovan (Chisel) Barrett Tomlinson

My husband Donovan (Chisel) suffered a heart attack on February 17th and has been on life support at Downstate Medical Center since then. During the heart attack he lost oxygen to his brain and is in a coma with little brain function. We are requesting donations to allow him to die with dignity and pay for cremation services. He was taken off life support on March 1st.  He did not want to be supported by artificial means. We loved him and honored his wishes.  I graciously appreciate all donations received.  In addition to his cremation expenses, donations will also pay for his medical bills incurred since he had no life insurance.  Thank you so much for your love and support.
