Hi, My name is Harry, and I am fundraising for Donna's Relocation Fund

Donna has battled epilepsy her entire life, she has endured the mishandling of her condition via the conventional medical community. This left her with emotional and physical trauma. The standard medications offered had inflicted her with Steven Johnson’s Syndrome, a medicine induced rash which burns as it kills the surface of her skin and mucus membranes. Despite the best efforts, the conventional method of treating her epilepsy even failed in mitigating her seizures.

Even in this state, Donna was fighting the good fight to gain some relief from epilepsy. She had discovered that the medical cannabis community had tools that are rejected in modern medicine (though that is starting to change). She had found a solution, and through some experimentation at the guidance of medical professionals and caregivers, had fine-tuned this solution that has given her much relief. To give context, she was having multiple seizures daily, even under conventional medicine, to there being long spans between her seizures lasting years.

Through a series of unfortunate events, including a mix of bad actors as caregivers, had eventually taken her from the Pacific Northwest, and left her stranded in Texas. Through a coordinated effort she landed in California, at the cost of her RV home and most of her belongings, but this was a temporary solution. When that situation ran its course, I had arranged to bring her under my care, in my home.

She had time to gain some peace and heal here, for about 4.5 years, however the legal issue of what is the most effective medicine for her is not an ideal situation. Therefore, the goal was always to return to a place where the legality of this medicine is not an issue, ideally close to the team which discovered the formula, if any adjustments might be required.
