Donna D. Moore Funeral Fund

It is with great sadness, and heavy hearts that we come to you with the news that our mom lost her battle with pancreatic cancer. She passed this morning surrounded in love by her wife and their daughters at 2:40 am. She is no longer in pain and we are rejoicing!
We so appreciate your help in supporting our cause to not only help us pay for her final expenses, but to also send money to the American Cancer Society for more research in pancreatic cancer prevention and treatment. This particular cancer has the least likely success for a cure, and is most often caught in its latest stages making the prognosis typically very short. Our mom lived just 4 short months after receiving this devastating news. She was not mentally or financially prepared for this diagnosis, but she bravely fought to spend as much quality time with her family and dear friends as she could. In the end her body got too tired to fight, and she went home to God in peace. Thank you to everyone for the prayers, kind words, meals, help, love and support. We as daughters could never have gone through this without your love, thank you so very much!
