DONATIONS NEEDED FOR BLAIKIEWELL COW BAILEY

One of the Blaikiewell cows Bailey is going to need to have an operation to remove his
ingrowing horns before they begin causing
him pain.
  We need to raise funds to cover the cost the vet performing the operation, sedating Bailey and providing pain relief.  
  We also need to pay to have a secure gate
affixed  to the cows shelter as Bailey needs to be confined for the vet to perform the
procedure.
  As most poor cows are killed while they are
still infants the issue of ingrowing horns is
usually dealt with by cutting back the horns which is both temporary and very painful.  
Luckily Bailey and his brothers Murdoch and Archie will live their lives out safely at
Blaikiewell so we need to make sure Bailey’s horns are dealt with permanently and
humanely.  
  Bailey will need to have this procedure very soon.  At this time of the year most of us have a lot of expenses but please even a small
donation would be much appreciated to help this lovely, gentle boy!
