Donations for Ryan Leone’s projects

PLEASE NOTE: KARINA FRANCO — my fiancé — is the beneficiary of my campaign — meaning she manages the donations. The gofund me still goes to help me get my projects going and focus on uploading more content. My name is Ryan Leone. I’m 34 years old — I’m the author of the 2014 novel, Wasting Talent. I sold the film rights of the book in 2017 to Will De Los Santos (Screenwriter/producer of Spun) and Chris Hanley (Producer of American Psycho). They are going to change the title to “Love in Vein” when it is released as a movie.

I was a heroin addict for almost two decades and have been to prison three times. I wrote Wasting Talent while I was serving five years in federal prison for my involvement with a cartel.

I recently had my first son, Nikko. He’s 17 months old and the absolute love of my life.  There’s a documentary  about me in post-production called IDIOT SAVANT: THE SAVAGE LIFE OF RYAN LEONE - it will be written by Jim Uhls - Screenwriter of Fight Club - and narrated by actor Nick Stahl (Terminator 3, Bully, Sin City)

I’m almost done with my second novel, June Gloom.

Idiot Savant, June Gloom, and Love in Vein are slated for 2020.

in anticipation for the two films and new book being released... I’ve started a YouTube channel. I’m trying to raise money to expedite these projects and launch a podcast on my YouTube. I want higher production value before I start inviting some of my celebrity friends on to the show.
