Donate to Theresa's Life-Saving Kidney Transplant

This is Theresa, she has to undergo a kidney transplant for the second time. It was unfortunate that her first kidney actually didn’t fail by rejection but lack of care due to hospital negligence (We can’t say the name. It wasn’t Tampa General). Fortunately, it gave Theresa 6 extra years to live, but it didn’t come easy. During that time she battled stage 4 PTLD lymphoma from her liver to her entire stomach, but with the strong will that she has, she beat it and survived once again. Theresa has spent the last 30 years ill, between diabetes and the complications that come with it. It’s time for her to enjoy everything. Most bills are paid for but the expenses for gas, food, and meds are very expensive as well.

For the next 3 months things are going to be rough. Theresa needs to be away from home from her husband and friends during that time and will be going back to Tampa General 3 days a week for the first month. She’s extremely excited and happy that she once again gets another chance at life thanks to a stranger who came forward to donate their precious gift to Theresa. Theresa wants to help raise money as well her for donor to make the process as easy as possible, especially since he’s coming from out of state. As everyone knows gas isn’t cheap these days and neither is food. Any help would be much appreciated during this time.
