Hi, I’m Lauren one of Emily’s good childhood friends, I'm reaching out to ask for support for my dear friend and her beloved dog, Teddy. Teddy has been a loyal companion for years, but recently, he's been hit with a serious illness that requires immediate and expensive medical treatment. Emily is doing everything she can, but the costs are overwhelming.

My heart breaks to share that her beloved Teddy, who is as much a part of her family as a human child. He has been sick for three consecutive weeks he will not eat and he has lost close to 15 pounds now and running high fevers and dehydration. Also, his white blood count is high and signs of kidney stress and a UTI. Teddy has been back and forth to the Veterinary hospital and had numerous tests and scans and they are not sure what is going on. Emily has now had to bring him to a specialist which is costly. As you can imagine.
