Donate To Jafeth Núñez

Hi, my name is Kayle and I am raising donations for Jafeth and his medical bills and expenses to come. Many of you know Jafeth if you’ve gone to San Ramon, Costa Rica for a mission trip or to volunteer with FSM. He has worked with the kids, taught preschool, helps with Viña San Ramon and most recently, transitioning to administrative director. He is also recently engaged to his beautiful fiancé, Lori, and as most know, very involved in fitness and his health.

A few months ago, he noticed a growth, and as it continued to grow, he got it checked out and it was unfortunately, a tumor. Surgery was needed, and scheduled for February. It unfortunately grew quite rapidly and due to the position of it, during surgery they had to remove a large portion of his right pelvis, leaving his leg 4 centimeters shorter than his other leg. Thank God, the whole tumor was removed but several days into recovery his wound was infected, where he still is recovering and receiving antibiotics. My hopes for this Go Fund Me, is to raise money to help with his medical expenses, special orthopedic shoes he may need, and private therapy as the Caja (public health care in Costa Rica), will most likely only provide 1 day a week of therapy. These funds we raise for him will also help with day to day expenses as he will be on disability, and his fiancé is as well, as she’s traveling from San Ramon to San Jose to visit and care for him in the hospital.

These donations will mean the absolute world to Jafeth and his family, as they transition into what’s to come, and God willing, a full recovery.
