Donate to Hunter Family: Overcome Flood Crisis

We’re a family of 6 in the household, and a nearby levee broke overnight, flooding our yard and destroying three of our vehicles, leaving us with over three feet of water. We have no transportation now, and the water is still rising each day. Our home is okay for now, but if the water keeps rising, we may lose it too.

This hasn’t been declared a federal disaster, so we can’t get any emergency assistance. We’re asking for help to recover what we’ve already lost — especially transportation — and to prepare in case things get worse.
