Donate to help with expenses for Kent Stacks

Hi, my name is Jennifer and I am helping to raise funds for my dad, Kent Stacks who is undergoing cancer treatment. My dad was diagnosed with Stage 3 Lung Cancer in February 2022. Treatment started shortly after which includes chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical procedures. My dad has not been able to work full time since February and is unable to maintain their household expenses during this time (housing, utilities, food, etc).

My dad has been a local drummer in the DC music scene for over 40 years, including Scream, The Suspects, Spitfires United, Old Dominion Trio, and many others. He is also an avid fisherman who is looking forward to fishing again.

All funds received are going to support my parents with their living expenses while undergoing treatment for the next 2-3 months. Thank you all for your ongoing support!

Update 2/25/2023: My dad continues to receive infusions to keep the tumor from growing. His physical strength has declined and is unable to work at this time. They are no longer able to afford their apartment and will move to a smaller unit. My parents need additional resources in order to move at the beginning of March 2023. Every little bit helps!
