Hello, my name is Oliver walker, and ever since I was little, I have wanted to reach for the stars. When I moved to my new school, I met some very kind people with the same interests as me. I have always been interested in space and space flight; the mechanics of a rocket engine has intrigued me for years. Now I have been given a chance to work on a rocket and enter it into the silver crest award of science. Five of us have decided to attempt to build a rocket and launch it to the start of the stratosphere. But we do have a slight problem. The cost of the lab is on the expensive side, and as we are a group of five 13-14 year olds, we cannot get jobs to earn the amount we need in a sufficient amount of time. We hope to raise enough for a 3d printer before the summer holidays to start working on our first prototype over the summer. We expect it will take approximately two years of research, construction, and fun until we get the finished product when we get the entire lab. And all five of us promise to record every minute of this journey. But as said, we need this lab, so if you have a spare penny, please donate to see our trip.
