Donate to help support Cienna and her family

Hello my name is Lisa, I am fund raising to help support my sister and my niece through a difficult time.

My sister Carey has had some devastating news about her 8-year-old daughter, Cienna. During a scan on Cienna's back to see if there was evidence of scoliosis, one of the incredible doctors noticed, just at the top of the scan, something which shouldn't have been there. After further scans, it became clear that this was a tumour within her brain. It is currently unknown as to what it is and the impact this may have on Cienna, with visits to both Truro and Bristol hospitals already taking place and more due in the near future. Cienna needs an operation and stay at Bristol Children’s hospital where they will remove the tumour and give her any further treatment.

Because of this, Carey has had to stop working at The Tempest (a zero-hours contract) and she has also had to cancel all parties which were booked in with her own business, Perfect Parties - a business which she has spent a lot of time and effort to build up and she feels awful letting people down.

With no current income, visits to hospitals, and the rising cost of living, it has left Carey in a position of difficulty, whilst also trying to continue to be everything Cienna needs her to be. And that is why we are reaching out for some support - to ease Carey's mind of one problem, so that she can focus on the one thing that is important - that being the health and well-being of her daughter.
