Darwen Brass has done it! After an emotional rollercoaster, we’re proud to share that we’ve officially qualified to represent the North West — and our hometown of Darwen — at the National Brass Band Finals in Cheltenham this September.

Originally, we were disqualified from the Regional Championships - but we believed in our performance and our team, and after launching an appeal, we’re thrilled to say that the decision was overturned — three months later! While justice was served, the lengthy appeal has left us behind on planning and fundraising, and now we need your help more than ever.

The entry fee alone is £475, and with travel, accommodation, and logistics, the costs quickly add up. Any contribution — no matter how small — will make a huge difference. Help us bring the sound of Darwen to the national stage and show what determination, community, and music can achieve!
