Empower Girls: Build Confidence, Prevent Violence, Change Lives

Too many girls grow up without the self-worth and confidence they need to navigate the world safely. They are told to be strong, but not always taught how to recognize their value. Without guidance, many fall into unhealthy relationships, struggle with low self-esteem, and become vulnerable to cycles of domestic violence.

That’s why I created The BBBG Project — to empower girls and young women with the confidence, self-worth, and relationship skills they need to thrive. Our program teaches them to love themselves, set healthy boundaries, and recognize signs of unhealthy relationships before they start.

But your help is needed.

Understanding the Urgency: Teen dating violence is alarmingly prevalent. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 1 in 12 high school students who dated experienced physical dating violence, and approximately 1 in 10 experienced sexual dating violence in the past year. Early intervention is crucial in breaking these cycles before they start.

Inclusive Empowerment: While our program focuses on the unique challenges faced by Black girls—who experience higher rates of dating violence compared to their peers—we welcome ALL girls seeking to build self-esteem and cultivate healthy relationships. Our mission is to create a supportive environment where every participant can thrive.
