Help support Teresa's Cancer Battle

My name is Kevin Halter. I'm a father and a husband, and I'm just one part of a beautiful family.
Several years ago, my wife fought and won a temporary battle with breast cancer. Recently, the cancer showed back up when she had a CT scan for other medical issues she was having at the time.
The biopsy showed that it was metastatic, and she was diagnosed with stage four breast cancer. She went through chemotherapy while continuing to work in the social services field and also to maintain her insurance.
I had recently survived bilateral pulmonary embolism and was placed on blood thinners and oxygen. As I was recovering, Teresa continued to have increasing abdominal pain and soon was told that the cancer had spread and was showing up in the muscle lining of her stomach. It has a long medical name that I can never remember, but the prognosis was 6 months to a year with treatment. Because Teresa had lost so much weight and had already been fighting breast cancer, the decision was made to start hospice. And just like that, everything changed.
Our oldest child had to have an emergency appendectomy and developed complications from the surgery. Our Kia broke down and required major repairs, depleting our emergency savings.
We went from having hope while struggling to barely getting by. Now we are less than a month from having some serious financial problems.
We have applied for assistance, but most of that will take months to arrive.
I don't like asking for help; it breaks my spirit to do it now, but I'm not asking for me, it's for my kids, and Teresa. Even more than hating asking for help, I hate the thought that Teresa's final time with us is going to be worrying about finances, filling out forms, paperwork, bureaucratic hurdles, and delays.
I know a lot of people might not be in a position to help financially, but if you can share a link, it would be greatly appreciated.
