Donate to Dayna's Eye Surgery

Hey everyone. My name is Dayna and I'm a professional proofreader, copyeditor, and rewriter. My vision has been failing for some time and in May 2025 I was diagnosed with cataracts in both eyes. Obviously I need my eyes to do my job. The surgery can cost anywhere between $6,000 and $10,000 without insurance and my husband recently lost his job.

I desperately need to have cataract surgery so I can finally get back to work. Any extra funds we receive will go to living expenses while my husband looks for work. We have been living off of our savings and don't have enough to make it through the summer.
