After a nine year battle for Healthcare accountability, I and my mission to improve x-ray reporting & tendon diagnosis for all, has been thwarted by the Courts.

When I raised legitimate concerns with 7-NHS Hospital's about substandard x-ray reporting, I was met with a wall of silence and denial from the hospitals, from NHS England, from the Regulator of Health Standards and the Health Ombuds.

They treated their legal Duty of Candour as if it was a yeti, unicorn or loch ness monster. Rather than a legal obligation to say sorry and put things rights.

Eventually in 2021, there was no organisation left to complain to, The only option available to me, was Court action.

Who treated me just as badly and the piece de resistance was Judge Roberts, sending a message that it is permissible for large law firms to mislead the court. When he refused to hear my Application to exclude the court-approved expert surgeon, Paul Cooke, report based on mythical treatment.
