Donald Oswald Relief Fund

“When bad things happen to good people their good friends provide the sustenance to persevere”.

Our good friend Donald Oswald was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer in September 2016. He has fought bravely in the time since his diagnosis but is at a point where he needs our help.  After recent scans show continued growth of the disease, Donald is starting his third set of chemotherapy treatments.  In order for him to concentrate on his healing and manage the effects of chemotherapy he will likely have to miss time at work.  We have all been blessed to have Donald in our lives as a friend.  Now he needs us.

Donald has been pushing himself to work throughout his illness because providing for his family is a role he has not wanted to relinquish.  If  we help provide some financial assistance, this will give him the means to focus on his own health and alleviate financial responsibility. The family has been gifted with a trip by Marisa’s Mission which will provide for a much needed family getaway.  This would allow a much needed rest and gift of time necessary to his healing.
