Help Dominic get medical care

Hello everyone, I was wondering if someone could help my friend Amanda LaRosee out going through a difficult situation with her 7 yr old son. A little back story is that our families met in an eating disorder treatment for our 7 yr old boys, we all became quick friends! It’s great to have someone understand what you are going through!!! Well our boys have ARFID, avoidant restrictive food intake disorder, and both have been through ups and downs. Her son Dominic needs to travel to UCSD , university of California San Diego, to receive treatment since no hospitals over here treat children under the age of 10!!! But she is in need of some info/support on housing in San Diego and if anyone could possibly help with airline miles to get her and him there . Insurance will not cover treatment and Boston Children’s has pretty much given up on Dom. I know this is a very difficult and different type of request but I am trying to help as best I could!!!
UCSD eating disorder program is going to cost around $20,000 and they will need to find temporary housing out there until his treatment is completed.
