Dominick Vergalito

Dominick Vergalito is a firefighter at Lake Shore Volunteer Fire Company. He is an EMT and also just became an Interior Firefighter. On September 1st at just 23 years old he had a major stroke, has bleeding and a blood clot in his brain and lung and cannot move his right side. He's been in the neuro ICU and needs your prayers and your help. He has a very high deductible insurance and as I'm sure you can imagine a very long road ahead of him, with many medical bills. Despite all he's going through Dominick remains optimistic and in good spirits. If you know Dominick, you know he wouldn't hesitate to give you the shirt off his back or to help you in anyway possible but right now he needs us and his community to pull together and surround him. Dominick's mom, Laura Szulgit-Kazmierczak will be the beneficiary able to withdraw funds for Dominick until he is able to do so himself.
