Domestic Violence Safe Housing Campaign

You can make a difference by donating today to Bee Fabulous Moments, Inc., a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization established in memory to honor the life and legacy of Bronwyn (Bee) Antoinette Greene Richards, who lost her life to domestic violence.

This year, we aim to provide safe and affordable housing to domestic violence survivors by embarking on a new housing project. We need your financial support to reach our goal of $20,000.

In support of Bee's "59th Heavenly Birthday", we are requesting $59.00 for 59 years. Those who donate at least $59.00 will be added to Bee's Birthday Celebration drawing for an autographed NFL football by Collette V. Smith, First Female NFL Coach and honorary member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and our special guest for this year's celebration. Drawing will be held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, on Facebook live in honor of Bee's Heavenly Birthday. 

 

Did you know that domestic violence is one of the leading causes of homelessness for women and their children in the United States? The lack of safe and affordable housing is often reported as a primary barrier survivors of domestic violence face when they choose to leave an abusive partner. Bee Fabulous Moments, Inc. saw the need to support safe housing for domestic violence survivors and established BEE’s PLACE (where Peace, Love, Acceptance, Care and Empowerment is realized).
