Mom of 2 Gone To Domestic Violence

With great sadness we acknowledge the untimely passing of our beloved, Claudine Rosalind-Angelique Hargrove. On August 11, 2018, just two days after her 38th birthday, Claudine’s life was tragically taken as a result of a senseless, domestic homicide. She was a daughter, sister, cousin, friend, child of God, and A mother to two beautiful children, Nya (15) and Nai’yim (11).

The brutal killing and loss of our beloved Claudine is so devastating to us all. It is a reminder of how a life so purposed can be taken in an instant, without just cause or the opportunity to prepare for the multitude of challenges that those affected must face in the aftermath. As we mourn, we do so with hope, knowing that everything is in God’s perfect order. This space by far, is the most challenging time in our lives and it is only the initial phase of grief, especially for Nya and Nai’yim who have so much life ahead of them and now have no hope of ever facing it together with their mother.

As we grieve the sudden and unexpected loss of our dear Claudine, we wanted to remember her children, Nya and Nai’yim in a practical way. We are starting this campaign to help fund Claudine’s unexpected funeral expenses and most importantly, to help give Nya and Nai'yim the best possible outcome in life following such a devastating, life altering, traumatic event.
