Dollhouse Collective: Housing is More Than Mere Survival

The Dollhouse Collective has always been about more than just keeping a roof overhead. We are building a future where trans women and queer people of color can live safely, securely, and with dignity. Our long-term vision is a community land trust that ensures permanent housing for our people.

Right now, we need urgent support to hold the ground we already have. We are raising $2,000 to cover immediate survival needs across two Dollhouse homes, where nine trans, BIPOC, and neurodivergent women live.

• $1,500 for rent – to keep both households stable and secure.

• $500 for groceries – to ensure everyone has food and essentials this month.

In the past year, the Dollhouse has already shown what is possible. We have moved people out of unsafe situations, kept community members from losing housing, and created spaces where our people can heal, thrive, and begin to imagine a different future.

But survival is not guaranteed without help. Without this support, we risk losing everything we’ve built together.

Every single dollar will go directly to rent and food. We are committed to transparency, accountability, and community care.
