Help Dogs Rule Fix Their Bus!

Animals Helping Humans & Humans Helping Animals (AHHHHA) is a non-profit organization in which children and animals help each other to find forever homes.
The driving force behind this organization (no pun intended) is their faithful mini bus, Bessie. Twice a day she makes her rounds: collecting eager canine clients from their homes in Gainesville and Newberry in the morning, shuttling them to Dogs Rule Doggie Daycare for the day, and then delivering the happy, exhausted pups home again in the evening.
Dogs Rule provides a quaint home-like experience for dogs, where they spend their day exercising and socializing with other dogs in one of their two play areas. In addition to daycare, Dogs Rule offers boarding, grooming, and training. It is the primary source of funding and exposure for AHHHHA's rescue program. This innovative idea is similar to how Goodwill runs a thrift store and still remains a non-profit organization (all proceeds are recycled back to the non-profit).
Many clients (myself included) lack transportation and depend on Bessie to pick up and drop off our dogs. With Bessie out of commission, Dogs Rule operates on owner drop-off and pickup only, and AHHHHA loses a large portion of its monthly income. On top of this major setback, Jill Davis— the incredibly driven, selfless founder of AHHHHA— is on maternity leave with her brand new baby boy and unable to work on-site.
With everything that's happening, we are worried about the future of AHHHHA. I want to help this organization get back on its feet and helping animals. The repairs needed to get Bessie running again have been quoted at $7,000. Jill is also entertaining the idea of buying a new bus and retiring old Bessie— I guess we'll see how this campaign goes :)

P.S.: Just a testament to Dogs Rule. My anxiety-ridden pup, Brooke, was so terrified of the first kennel we tried, she urinated on the floor and had to be dragged to her kennel. Her desperate cries as I walked away are scarred into my heart. It was all I could do to keep from crying myself; I've never felt so awful. I called everyone I knew that night, finally found someone to pull her the next morning, and vowed nothing like that would ever happen again. I researched kennels all over Gainesville and decided to try Dogs Rule based on its stellar reviews.
Brooke was a bit nervous about getting on the doggie bus the first time, but Jill sent me pictures every day of her running and playing with all the other dogs, looking perfectly happy. The second time I had to board her— I was absolutely amazed— she laid eyes on Jill and immediately sprang to the end of her leash, whining and wiggling with crazy excitement. She doesn't even greet ME with that kind of enthusiasm!! She LOVES Dogs Rule more than anything. We would both be heartbroken to lose it.
