Dogs suffering, need your help!

I would like to share with you the situation we're currently living.
Bogota, Colombia is suffering a very strong winter, with heavy winds, daily showers, and very cold temperatures which are heavily affecting the dog shelter that I have been working with the past year. It is hitting our dog shelter even harder given we are in a rural area called Sibaté, which gets even more rain and cold.
We're very proud of what has been done so far with little resources, with over 250 dogs given in adoption just in 2017 alone.
However, the non-stop rain and storms and the lack of resources that the shelter operates with, coupled with the huge number of abandoned dogs we currently take care of (around 350 dogs living in our shelter) is leading to miserable conditions for the dogs, and at the current rate we're going to have significant deaths.
About 100 of our dogs are in terrible conditions, with no or very little protection from the rain, and cold, and several are suffering from pneumonia, exhaustion, and severe eye infections. The puppies, and the smaller-sized dogs are especially compromised. Many of these dogs are submerged in mud, as the water levels have risen. They are cold, sick, and many are acting desperate and depressed. 
How you can help:
We need funds to be able to move these 100 dogs from those difficult and life-threatening conditions, into a safer environment. 
We've been building shelters/houses for them, and putting them higher up the mountain (where there is grass, no mud, and more space so that they are not so crowded.) However, we need funds for the materials, which include the wiring around the parcels (so that they don't escape), the wood poles to hold up the wiring, and materials to build communal shelters, "dog houses" where several dogs can go to protect themselves from the rain and wind.
Here is a picture of how it is progressing, unfortunately, only a few dogs have access to these facilities as of now, since we have not been able to evacuate them all. We need funds to be able to do this, as our currently budget is barely enough to cover their food, vaccines, and medical expenses, but nothing more.
As you can see under these conditions they are less crowded, in a grassy area, and several dogs are able to go into that house for protection (which is elevated so that it doesn't get damaged by the rain.)

If you love animals, and if you think they deserve at the very least the dignity to live in decent conditions, please find it within your heart to give us a donation so that we can help those dogs in need. They might not be able to thank you themselves, but I will send you a picture of them wiggling their tail from their new homes - and that says it all really.
Let's save some doggies lives - so that they live long enough to be adopted by a loving family.
