Dog abused at dog camp needs lifesaving surgery

Timber went to a do a dog camp for twenty days while my boyfriend, Miles and his mother JoAnn, were in the process of moving. Timber was already known to have cryptorchidism, which is when a testicle does not descend. He went to the vet for a routine checkup before going to  the dog camp. When he returned back from the dog camp his primary vet was going to perform a neutering. Timber was in good health before leaving but returned yesterday (12/18/20 @ 10:47am) and was emaciated. The day before leaving for camp he weighed 70lbs and when he returned he was 54lbs. He lost 16 pounds within 20 days.

The dog camp upstate kept in contact with Timber's family through text messages. The dog camp informed Timber's family that Timber was having diarrhea and vomiting. On December 10th they brought Timber to the veterinarian in association with the dog camp. The veterinarian from upstate called Timber's family and said that Timber had an elevated white blood count and treated him with antibiotics. There are texts from the owner of the dog camp stating Timber was healthy and feeling better after the visit with the vet he took him to.  At no time was the family properly informed of their dog's deteriorating health status. They were provided subpar updates on Timber's health. There wasn't detailed emphasis on what was going on. If Timber's health was so poor why wasn't the family notified immediately? And given the dog back to get proper medical help?

Timber's owners emailed and called the dog camp immediately with no response. The next morning they brought him to the vet and was told that Timber has an inguinal hernia (bulging of the bladder) in addition to a perineal hernia (rectum area). He was vomiting, had bloody stools, and could not urinate or defecate. Timber has bruises and scrapes throughout his body. His paws were raw (he has white hair in his paws, so it also doesn't explain the black hair in his tooth) and his nose and lips had a scrapes on it. He has scabs on the one testicle (seen in the 4th image below) that is visible on the outside of his body. Timber returned home timid, whimpering, and now with many health concerns that he did not have prior to his stay at the dog camp.

Timber has been with his family since he was a 3 week old puppy and it was very devastating to receive their sweet Timber back in that condition. They want to provide the best care for Timber, and any amount of funding and proper resources to help would be greatly appreciated.
