Dodie and Karen Blakeney

On  June 15th 2017, Dodie was diagnosed with esophageal adenocarcinoma which had spread to surrounding lymph nodes. The mass in his lower esophagus kept Dodie from keeping down food  so a decision was made to put in a feeding tube and he also received a port for chemotherapy. Determined to fight for his life, Dodie has undergone several regimens of chemotherapy and immunotherapy since June. Dodie and Karen are modest people and would never ask for help. They have doctors appointments weekly and medical supplies that are required so the bills are adding up. I want to raise money to help ease the financial burden placed on them so they can focus on what is truly important which is getting Dodie better. Along with donations, I would like to ask for prayers. Dodie and Karen truly believe in the power of prayer and appreciate the prayers they’ve received thus far.
