Waar gaat de film over?
In het hart van Schotland, aan de oevers van Loch Ness, ontvouwt zich een verhaal doordrenkt met vragen, antwoorden en bovenal mysterie. Onze documentaire dompelt zich onder in de diepten van dit legendarische meer, niet alleen om het mythische wezen zelf te onderzoeken, maar ook de culturele, economische en historische impact die het mysterie op de regio heeft gehad. Ons doel is om te onderzoeken waarom het mysterie voortzet, wat de bijdrage ervan is aan de lokale economie, en de fascinerende vraag of het in stand houden van het mysterie van Nessie misschien in het beste belang van Loch Ness is.
Wie ben ik?
Mijn naam is Christopher Mulder, 18 jaar, en dit project ga ik produceren. Samen met mijn crew van vier Nederlandse filmstudenten, hebben we een filmplan uitgewerkt en kijken we vol enthousiasme uit naar deze productie! De mystiek en de pracht van Loch Ness fascineert ons al lange tijd, en om eindelijk de kans te krijgen deze fascinatie om te zetten in beeld, motiveert ons om ons hart en ziel in dit project te steken om het beste eindproduct te kunnen neerzetten.
Maar daar hebben wij wel jouw hulp bij nodig!
Waarom hebben we jouw hulp nodig?
Momenteel zijn wij goed op weg met de voorbereidingen voor onze film. Voor deze productie gaan we op bezoek bij meerdere economische epicentra, gaan we in gesprek met verschillende Loch Ness experts en mogen we met professionele apparatuur het Loch op om samen met een expert Nessie onderzoeker een echt onderzoek naar het monster af te nemen.
In januari zullen we vertrekken van Amsterdam naar Schotland en zullen de eerste opnames van de film van start gaan. Dat is al vrij snel en om dit project te kunnen realiseren hebben wij echter nog wel wat geld nodig.
Neem bijvoorbeeld de vlucht, het verblijf en het huren van de apparatuur, maar ook de kosten die komen kijken bij het eten, vervoer en natuurlijk de vertoning.

What’s the film about?
In the heart of Scotland, on the banks of Loch Ness, a story unfolds filled with questions, answers and, above all, mystery. Our documentary delves into the depths of this legendary Loch, not only to explore the mythical creature itself, but also the cultural, economic and historical impact the mystery has had on the region. Our aim is to explore why the mystery persists, its contribution to the local economy, and the fascinating question of whether maintaining the enigma of Nessie is in the best interest of Loch Ness.
Who am I?
My name is Christopher Mulder, 18 years old, and I will be producing this project. Together with my crew of four Dutch film students, we have developed a film plan and are eagerly looking forward to this production! The mystique and beauty of Loch Ness has fascinated us for a quite some time, and to finally have the opportunity to translate this fascination into visuals motivates us to put our heart and soul into this project to the fullest to create the best end product!

Why do we need your help?
We are currently well underway with the preparations for our film. For this production, we will visit several economic epicenters, engage in discussions with various Loch Ness experts, and, equipped with professional gear, venture onto the Loch to conduct a genuine investigation into the monster alongside an expert Nessie researcher.
In January, we will leave Amsterdam for Scotland. That is quite soon, and in order to realize this project, we do some financial support.
Consider expenses such as flights, accommodation, equipment rental, as well as costs associated with meals, transportation, and, of course, the screening.
