Hello Friends,

Most of you know I had a fall from a horse on August 14, 2014, I do not have medical insurance so all the medical bills are my responsibility. I am scheduled for surgery to have my face reconstructed which will include a plate in my cheek on Wed. Sept. 3rd and payment in full is due at that time. The cost for the surgery is so far $10,000.00. I am posting this Fund Me account in hopes my friends and family can help me with these unfortunate costs.
