It is with extreme sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved uncle, brother, friend, cousin, fiancée, and son, Alex Garcia. He is survived by his mother, Virgilia; father, Baldomero; brother, Baldo Jr; sister, Lucero; 4 beautiful nieces & nephews that loved him unconditionally. He was a free-spirit and known to always put others before himself, we would like him to have the memorial he deserves in honor of his memory and to celebrate his life. Growing up, he was extroverted and made new friends with anyone he met. He was that type of person! He had the power to know when anyone around him needed extra support and never hesitated to do everything he could to turn a frown upside down or provide an ear to listen. His personality was geniune & spicy just like all the spicy chips & chicken hot wings he craved. He was always competitive, and if you dared cross his path, you were stuck in an arm-wrestling match or a possible freestyle battle. He was just keeping it real being our "Alfers," that is what we loved about him.
Alex was full of life more than he was full of beer. He was a die-hard 49ers fan. He loved reggae music and you best be sure that you would be catching him at each & every Rebelution concert at the SB Bowl with his family as it became a family tradition. He happily flaunted his 6 chains he loved to wear.
He loved to experience new things, and had a goal to travel the world, especially Barcelona, Spain & see its beautiful treasures.
He was only 34 years young, and his life journey was just beginning. He was taken from this earth and his loved ones way too soon. He made one hell of an exit, just like he said. REST IN POWER.
