Guatemala Medical Trip 2018

Once again, it is time to raise money for the yearly medical trip to Guatemala. The week long trip will benefit Guatemalan families in some of the local villages of the Izabal region of Puerto Barrios. It's a rainforest area with few resources.

The funds will be used to send me to Guatemala as part of a team. The team will provide general medical, dental, and vision care to these families, as well as basic food stuffs and water filters. We will also get the opportunity to love on these families through special service projects and spending time with the kiddos.

The trip will primarily be July 21-28, with overnight travel days on the 20th and 29th. I need the funds by July 19, just to be safe.

Your support means that I can go work in any area of the clinic they need me. Likely, I will be working in the pharmacy, but I could also end up in dental, vision, patient intake, or the prayer area. The support will also include money for my meals and lodging. Any extra support will be spent buying medical supplies for the Guatemalan team, La Mision.
