It's been 9 endless weeks, and Vick & Tyson have lost the war against the city of Schenectady that has deemed them dangerous after they jumped out of the window and bit another dog, and the judge has ruled for them to be put down.

Even though Vick was the only one who bit the dog, Tyson has been convicted for it as well. They're both amazing dogs, but they just made a mistake. Our family feels horrible for the victim and its family, and we have agreed to pay for their vet bills and such.

The fight against this has caused the McKearn family thousands of dollars in lawyer fees, vet bills and restitution, and they have 90 days to raise the money.

We are already having to deal with the loss of our dogs Vick & Tyson, and on top of that we have to deal with the possibility of jail time for Sean (the legal owner of the dogs) who is nothing but a great dog owner and an animal lover.
