Helping Hand for Jeffery

UPDATE- 

December 10, 2022-

Jeffrey was storing everything he had left from the fire in a storage unit and just last Saturday night ANOTHER fire destroyed everything- not only did he lose his home, he now lost his truck and all of his mother’s belongings. This started in another u it and spread through the entire facility.

Just devastating.

So what do we do for our friend? How can we help him start completely over??

We need to help this guy. He is the absolute kindest person and give to everyone he knows. 

While you’re at your family gatherings this year, please remember our friend and say a few extra prayers for him.

He needs strength.

November 13, 2022, Our INCREDIBLY HELPFUL friend and co-worker Jeff Gilchrist (Mega Events Auctions an Olive Garden in Champaign IL) lost everything when his dryer started on fire. His initial thought was that he could put it out. After 10 minutes, his entire house was engulfed in flames, and he was lucky to make it out alive. His home and its contents, including pictures of his loved ones, new furniture and two vehicles, are completely gone. Rebuilding is a lengthy process; Jeff needs our help, love and support.

Jeff just lost his mother and brother in early 2022; the shock and devastation of losing everything you have in the blink of an eye are hard to comprehend. Someone so kind and giving to others lost everything.

When people like Jeff work in charity for so long, they find it difficult to ask for help. Let's help our friend, who has always been there to help everyone in need, rebuild his life.
