Deanne Logan-Johnson's journey to WCOPA

It has always been a dream of Deanne's to use her God given talents on an international stage. When she was younger she toured Miami Atlanta and Canada whilst being apart of the then 'Little People and Teen players' club and the 'Ashe Caribbean Performing Arts Ensemble' but did not delve deep enough to see exactly how far she could reach, I suppose because she really and truly was afraid of failure.  

Then the pandemic hit in 2020 and she learnt life is too short to be thinking of the 'should haves, would haves and could haves,' and decided to step outside of her comfort zone. She entered the virtual staging of the World Championships of the Performing Arts (WCOPA ) on a whim and submitted pieces in the acting, singing and dancing categories. At the thirteenth hour, she decided to enter a piece in the modelling category. At that time, close friends of hers, tried to convince her, persuade her even, to not enter because of her body type. Deanne however, was  determined to not listen to the naysayers she entered a piece in the category, 
and guess what??????? 

 Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
You guessed it she medalled in ALLLLLL FOUR CATEGORIES!  

Imagine the possibilities if she took it really serious  and went for the GOLD???   

This experience has left her hungry for more, and as such she will be entering the competition in person in Disneyland California but the costs associated with same are a bit extensive.  We would love for you to share in her journey by donating any amount possible to get her there.  

The target is $9000 USD and the deadline is May 10th.  

Deanne would like to use this platform as her stepping stone to go after her dreams this stone being the 'Senior Grand Championship performer of the WORLD!!'..... whilst ensuring the world knows: 

 'You are never too young to go after your dreams or to do something new!'  And 'Never let anyone tell you, you can't do something'
