Rich was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer November, 2013. We were forced to move to the Minneapolis area for Rich to begin aggressive chemotherapy, as pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest cancers there is. We put all of our things in storage and have been staying with different family members from week to week because we are unable to get our own place. Rich's medical bills are so high and our only source of income is his Social Security. I am unable to work because it is a full time job caring for Rich. We really just want to get an apartment of our own to make life easier on Rich and our family. We have been living out of a suitcase for nine months and it would be nice for Rich to have a place he can call home. Times are tough, and a simple thing like having your own place will mean so much. Any donation is greatly appreciated!
