Help save Ninja! Rescued dog

Hey guys meet ninja! He's a 3 month old pup abandoned last week in riverside! We found him while we were riding dirt bikes near by. When We saw him he was dragging his 2 fractured back legs off the road. 1day later and he is a little happier and now carrying himself by walking on his two front legs!! :) He was hit by a car and abandoned. we need to pay for his x rays,medication,shots, surgery and more! Please help us pay for his visits to the vet! It would be much appreciated!! Thanks
