Disabled veteran evicted, needs emergency help

We having been fighting to keep our home but we have finally run out of fight and are being evicted tomorrow. Due to my medical issues, currently fighting severe disabilities and cancer, we were not prepared for this. We have no family or friends here in Washington DC and we are going to have to find a way to relocate to the midwest so we dont wind up living out of our car.
