Dila's Medical Fund

Yesterday morning my sister Dee (Dila), with the help of my brother Paul and her son Joe, went out into the yard to cut down the limbs of a dead tree so that her children could play in their yard safely.  As she held the ladder for my brother, a limb he was cutting snapped and struck her in the chest sending her backward into a stone wall. 

She suffered a broken clavicle, two broken ribs, a broken finger, a large gash in the back of her head requiring internal stitches and 9 external staples, and had to have a chest tube inserted for the internal trauma she suffered.  Needless to say, she will be hospitalized for days and will be unable to work for months while she recovers.

I am starting this page because as someone who doesn't earn a salary if she's not working, I know Dee can use some help.  I also know she would never ask for help.  And the timing couldn't be worse, as her husband recently became unemployed as well.   Dee works so hard to support her family and gives so much to so many people, I know her friends and family will want to help her in any way they can.
