Dijith's Funeral and Family Support Fundraiser

This is a fundraiser for 24 Years old Dijith Jose (24) who was pronounced dead yesterday after a boating accident.

Dijith and his Friend went on a jet ski and it had overturned. His friend made it to shore but Dijith couldn't reach to the shore even though he was wearing life jacket . He was recovered from the shoreline next day and was pronounced dead at the scene.

He was residing in Cape Breton, NS - Canada and from Kannur, Kerala, India. He came to Canada on 2019 as an International student and started working fulltime recently.

It is very difficult to clear the debt of Dijith's family due to the uninsured Bank loan taken for Dijith's studies. Our goal is to raise the fund for clearing his debts and for funeral expenses. Our collective effort can help Dijith's family in this difficult time. Relying upon all kind-hearted people, we are submitting this appeal for help.

South Indian Cultural Association of Maritimes (SICAM Halifax) is organizing this fundraiser with the consent of Dijith's family and Dijith's Father (Jose M L Mangalathil) as beneficiary
