On September 29th Diana was involved in a serious car accident and air-lifted to Columbia University Hospital. She has been in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit since the accident and has a very long road ahead of her.
The accident has caused her to have bleeding and swelling on the brain, pelvic fractures, her spleen removed and intestinal repair surgery. She is still asleep on her own and we won't know the full extent of damage until she wakes up and the brain returns to normal size.
Blake has been at her side since the accident and has not been able to work, nor will he until Diana gets to come home. Their expenses are adding up very quickly for hotel, meals, travel and loss of income.
Anyone that knows Diana-knows that she is an INCREDIBLE woman. A woman who loves her family, her dogs and above all her Grandkids. Diana is the first to help anyone in need and has always been a go-getter, strong and independent woman. But at this time....Diana needs our help to make sure that Blake doesn't have to worry about extensive finances and he is able to focus on her health.
