DI Globals - 5 Leaf Clovers Bedford

We are all incredibly proud of this 1st year DI team and the team work that these kids have displayed.  They are an amazingly resilient group of 5th graders that have continually worked together throughout the school year, lots of hard work, hours, sweat, and tears.  Their dedication to their project and each other is inspiring.  It is an honor to place 2nd and be invited to Globals.   This rookie team is off to  DI Global Finals in Knoxville TN at the end of May for a week of DI events and competitions against 8,000 other DI students from around the globe (15+ countries)!    All donations will make a difference, we would love your help in sending our team to this once in a lifetime amazing experience!

The Destination Imagination program (DI) is a fun, hands-on system of learning that fosters students’ creativity, courage and curiosity through open-ended academic Challenges in the fields of STEAM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), fine arts and service learning. Our participants learn patience, flexibility, persistence, ethics, respect for others and their ideas, and the collaborative problem solving process. Teams showcase their solutions at a tournament.
