Nicaragua Medical Mission Trip
Donation protected
I am a second year medical student at Texas A&M University and the president of an organization called Global Health Outreach. This December, we will be traveling to Nicaragua to provide medical care to rural underserved communities throughout the country. We plan to take medical, nursing, dental, and undergraduate students from A&M to care for those in need and while also furthering our own medical training.
We will work alongside a group called Global Medical Training (GMT), a non-profit organization that brings local clinicians and translators together with students to provide medical and dental care to underserved areas in Central American countries.
The money I hope to raise will be put towards trip costs like flights, hotels, food, transportation, medical supplies, vitamins, and stickers or candy for the children we will see.
I am extremely excited for the opportunity to serve those in need in Nicaragua. Any donations or prayers are much appreciated!
