It has been on my radar for some time now and I feel so bad for these families who most of are doing all they can to keep a roof over their children’s heads. These are kind people nice people who most of which have children. In a world like today where everything is going higher and higher in price just making ends meet seems to be more difficult. But when the city comes in and say you have to fix this in a very short period of time where do you find the money to do so when money is already very tight. Not only dose this affect the families in the park but other children these kids go to school with who worry and can’t seem to fathom how their friends could just lose their homes and have no where to go.  I know people have judged but unless you have the ability to truly empathize or until you’ve walked I their shoes and know their stories nothing negative should be said. This is a time when community should come together and help these families either transition to new housing or help fix the ones they do have. This world is not always a warm place but their is an opportunity here to show over 40 children that they matter in our community and their world can be good. Please consider donating to help them rebuild their homes or to transition into housing that is safer and still affordable.
