Last minute surgery

This is incredibly hard for me to do, but I also feel like it’s ok to ask for help... I’ll be having surgery in a couple weeks to have a portion of my bowel resected.  Because of that I’ll be out of work for 4 to 6 weeks, and because I work contract work I don’t have any sort of short term disability or FMLA sort of options to help... the timing just couldn’t be worse in all honesty! I feel like if I could even just have enough to make sure my rent is covered it would help me not stress so much, and could help with the healing process to not be freaking out about stuff. I really hate asking for money, but really any little bit would help relieve some of the stress I’m already having just thinking of what’s to come. I’m incredibly nervous, but also know I have the absolute best people working on me. I also have the best friends, family, and support system!  Thank you in advance to anyone that can help!
