Fighting for my son

My sons Jonas and Blue means everything to me.

I've been fighting to see Blue since August of 2014, and despite "winning" every court hearing since then, I still haven't seen my son. 

The court has ruled that I have my custody restored, that his mother pay for reunification therapy, and I was "awarded" attorney's fees and court costs for the case, as well as make-up parenting time. 

None of these things has happened, and my attorney needs more money to continue representing me as we try to get the court to enforce the rulings. I'm completely crushed. I'm out of money and don't have anywhere else to turn. 


Being Dad is the only thing that matters to me. Jonas misses his brother, and I know that Blue misses us too. We didn't get to open Christmas presents this year, and we didn't get to sing Happy Birthday to Blue on his 9th birthday.  We didn't get to see his music recital at school or his jiu jitsu tournaments, and he didn't get to see his big brother Jonas get his drivers license this year. I saw pictures of my son on his school website. That's the closest thing I've had to contact with my son since August 13th, 2014. 


Things happen fast in the life of a child, and we've been alienated from Blue's life for nearly a year. It's been almost 12 full months, and I'm afraid it will be even longer before my family can begin to heal. Third grade is gone now, and I'm worried that Fourth grade will soon be lost as well.

Please help us. Your donation will go towards attorney costs as we attempt to get the court to enforce it's orders.  We've missed so much already and I'm devastated, drained, and financially ruined.
